DUTCHESS RAIL TRAIL
town of Poughkeepsie - at Overocker Rd. there is now pavement on the RT ROW - there were people walking the trail - there were barels and yellow caution tape - the RT apears to be not open yet - there were bike path signs on (motor vehicle) roadway but strangely or perhaps not yet? no signs for ped / hiker Xing
