DUTCHESS RAIL TRAIL
at Overocker Rd. town of Poughkeepsie - there is landscaping south end of parking lot on the south side - shrubry and a tree - on the north side the road access area has ben paved but no pavement can be seen on the RT ROW - there was a buldozer scraping / leveling the base gravel
