east end C.O.P. - working on railings over Mt. Carmel Pl. - on Dutchess Ave. work underneath bridge seemed to be done just for today? or maybe completed - I viewed big crane at west end from Pok. RR station - the big crane was in motion not sure if a walkway deck section was being installed - working at base of #3 bent (from west end - #2 from this end) in water I saw a boat moving away from pier

DUTCHESS RAIL TRAIL

behind the rt. 44 plaza - Stop and Shop et al. - at end of Love Rd. I saw paving roller machine going SB on RT - smoothing down gravel base for asphalt - there did not seem to be any work for official access at this point
