DUTCHESS RAIL TRAIL

C.O.P. northern terminus at Morgan Lake - there are now paving stones around the edge of that concrete area I had seen previously - there is a circular stone area at end of concrete with the paving stones at edge - maybe for flowers? there is now gravel on trail ROW no paving yet - can now easily see graded access ramp from park onto RT ROW proper

WALKWAY OTH

east end C.O.P. -no flatbed trailers empty or otherwise at parking / staging area along Parker St. - railing just up to Delafield St. - decking still just up to Dutchess Ave. as it was 2 weeks ago
