DUTCHESS RAIL TRAIL

C.O.P. Morgan Lake - north terminus (DRT Poughkeepsie Northern section map) construction at this end - ROW being graded - no paving yet - at north end of parking lot access to RT being built and there is a large concrete base / pad there are 2 large posts presumably for a large RT sign and info and map

WALKWAY OTH

C.O.P. east end - no new decking - decking still just up to Dutchess Ave. - it apears the railings were being installed
